Our Online Store Terms & Conditions
Once you have placed your order with Honey B Boutique, your order will then be checked and when you receive a confirmation email, this will confirm your order has been placed and mean your order will then be processed. Until you receive confirmation, your order has not been accepted. We reserve the right to check your order before confirming, to check all items are in stock and ready for dispatch. We will do our very best to keep stock levels correct, but in the unlikely event, sometimes stock levels can change unexpectedly, leading to an order not being able to be processed. In the event of your order not being able to be processed, we will contact you and give you a full refund. In some cases there can be price errors on our website when an order is placed. If this does happen, we have the right to amend the price on your order and on our website. If a price error has occurred when you have placed an order, we will notify you. If you no longer want your order to be processed because of a price error we will refund you.
If you find you have made any mistakes during your order being placed, then please contact us via telephone or email so we are able to amend your order before dispatching. If you contact us and your order has already been dispatched then you will then need to pay for delivery again for your amended order and then return the original order back to us once you’ve received it.
UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
You are able to select your delivery preference. Orders placed on UK Standard Delivery (Tuesday - Friday before 4pm) please allow up to 5 days for you to receive your order before you contact us. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be processed on our next business working day which is Tuesday. Recorded Delivery please allow up to 3 days in case of any delays before contacting us. Please also be aware recorded delivery is only valid on business working days, (Tuesday - Friday before 3pm) if you place an order on a weekend or a Monday, your order will be processed and dispatched by Tuesday. If you place your order after 4pm, it will be dispatched on the next business working day.
There may be times in the year that delivery times will differ, if this happens we will try our best to display notices on the website. For example next day delivery may not always be available.
If you require something by a particular date, then please contact us before ordering so we are able to tell you if we can meet your delivery needs.
Honey B does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. garage, with a neighbour, shed) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.
If you suspect that your order is damaged when you receive it, please don’t open the package and take a photo. Contact us within 72 hours and send the photo to , so we are able to help with your damaged order. If you don’t let us know of any damages within 72 hours, we will not take any responsibility for it.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
We hope you love your order from Honey B. However if for some reason your order isn't right, you will have 7 days to return it back to us and you will receive a full refund if qualified. To qualify for a full refund, your order must be back with us within 7 days of your order date, in it's original packaging and must be unworn and not damaged. When trying on items of clothing, ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, deodorant or any perfume which may leave a scent or marks on the clothing. Fabrics can be very delicate, so take care if wearing jewellery as this can snag the fabric. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence of any traces from the list above or any damages which weren’t there when your order was dispatched.
Please be aware the postage is non refundable and to return an item to us, postage will have to be paid. You can return it back to us for free, by visiting our Boutique.
The order is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend for your own protection, that you send your order using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods. It is also advisable to keep a receipt of postage for your records.

Once your order has been received we will then inspect your order to make sure you qualify for a full refund. If you qualify for a refund we will email you confirmation and we will then aim to process your refund within 7 working days. Please be aware it can take up to an additional 7 working days for refunds to appear on your bank statement once a transaction has taken place. If you find after 14 days you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, if they can’t find your refund then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you return an item outside of the 7 days, your order will be sent back to you as a refund will no longer be valid.
If you find you need to exchange your order for a different size or colour, please email us at email@example.com. We will only pay for one exchange to be sent out to you if you paid for delivery on your first order, after that anymore exchanges will be charged to you. If you received free delivery on your first order but want to exchange it for a different size or colour, you will then need to pay for delivery on your exchanged order. Please be aware it is £9.99 on any orders over £100. If you decide you want a completely different order, then you will need to return your original order and buy a new order through our website.
All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, however if for some reason the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours. We will then investigate for you to make sure we are able to correct any problems. Please be aware if you find any faults we will need proof, and once we have made a full investigation, we will then let you know if you qualify for a refund. If you find you have received the wrong order, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your order back to us, and we will then get a amended order sent out to you.

Please be aware that colours can differ from a screen to real life. We will aways aim to show and describe the colour and fabric to the best that we can.

Viruses and defects. Honey B Boutique has made every effort to ensure that is free from viruses and defects. However it is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is properly protected and updated with specialist screening software available to screen out anything which may damage it. We cannot guarantee that using this website or other websites which can be accessed through www.honeybboutique.co.uk will not result in any damage to your computer.

Please also be patient as we may be busy with customers in the Boutique and may not be able to answer any questions straight away.
